Even though our task is coming to a close, we will continue to commit to our new lifestyle of healthy eating and staying fit. Many people have the false notion if they diet, they don’t need to exercise. This is a myth. Exercise is a critical component of weight loss and without it, your dieting may prove unsuccessful.
