The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Clare Listens and answers my questions. To me these things are important . I came in anxious , but left feeling better because of how I was treated.

Dr. Clare listens with care. He explains thoroughly and clearly. The staff is friendly and professional. Waiting time was minimal, about 5 minutes before getting service. The office is attractive, comfortable to navigate, and very clean. Very glad that I chose to see Dr.Clare.

Dr. Kotcharian takes his time to ensure you understand what he is proposing to do and ask if you have any questions. He addresses your concerns and questions and I totally felt comfortable in his care. He has a great personality also.

Dr Katchairian is excellent, however trying to get a simple refill lately is horrible. I have left numerous messages with his assistant and pharmacy over the last 2 weeks with 0 response. Now I am completely out of the medication. Walgreens has also faxed in request with no response and replied this to me. Please let me know how I can reach someone to get answers. Since my workmans comp case was settled and now annuities pay the bill, I feel with the exception of Dr Katchairian I am of no importance, which doesn't make sense. My condition keeps deteriorating as it's even harder now for treatment and the money is guaranteed.

Dr. Farino was very thorough in his examination of my hand; he explained everything he could and could not do with my finger injury and the issue with the palm of my hand. I cannot say enough about how kind and assuring he was with me regarding my apprehension.

I was seen on very short notice due to an injury. Once in the office, I did not have to wait for X-rays or for Dr. Clare. Dr. Clare was very pleasant and explained everything very clearly.

My recent visit with Dr Silverstein concluded that I needed to have out patient surgery for my right leg ibt. I had a full knee replacement a year ago and was recovering nicely when this horrible started in both hips/legs. First leg May 26. I had been a Marathon runner for more than 40 years.

Was having a problem with my hand/wrist, turned out to be an unexplained tendendonitis. Rectangle cortisone shot, better in a few days. Dr. Farino was professional, caring and explained well what was going on!
