Taylor Zelitsky is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist with a strong background in post-operative rehabilitation and sports medicine. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2021 and went on to complete a highly competitive orthopedic residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. This intensive program allowed her to refine her expertise in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and return-to-sport protocols.
Taylor has worked with a diverse patient population, ranging from high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to active adults and aging individuals. She is passionate about strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and helping patients regain confidence in their movement. During her residency, she also contributed to clinical research and volunteered at a pro bono clinic, mentoring physical therapy students.
