360 Orthopedics is proud to celebrate Steven M. Page, MD, recipient of the 2026 Injured Worker Inspiration Award, presented by the Florida Orthopaedic Society at the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) Conference in Orlando.
Each year, thousands of professionals gather at WCI to connect, collaborate, and discuss how to better support injured workers. This year’s conference was especially meaningful for 360 Orthopedics as Dr. Page and our Workers’ Compensation team were recognized for their dedication to providing high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for injured workers.
The Injured Worker Inspiration Award recognizes the achievements of injured workers and their orthopedic surgeons while highlighting advances in musculoskeletal treatment and care.
As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at 360 Orthopedics, Dr. Page has dedicated his career to helping patients recover from injuries, restore function, and return to the activities that are important to them.
During an interview at WCI, Dr. Page reflected on what receiving the award meant to him personally. He shared that the recognition reinforced the reason he chose orthopedic medicine in the first place: the opportunity to help people, make a meaningful difference in their lives, and help them get back to living.
That perspective is especially meaningful in Workers’ Compensation care, where an injury can affect not only a person’s ability to work, but also their independence and everyday life.

This recognition also celebrates the work of the 360 Workers’ Compensation team and the collaborative approach behind each patient’s care.
From the first appointment through treatment and recovery, communication between physicians, patients, employers, adjusters, case managers, and the clinical team helps keep care moving forward. Dr. Page has emphasized that timely treatment, clear communication, and coordination among everyone involved are important parts of achieving successful outcomes for injured workers.
This team approach allows 360 Orthopedics to address both the medical needs of each patient and the unique demands involved in workplace injuries.
Beyond this year’s recognition, WCI continues to be an important opportunity for 360 Orthopedics to engage with the Workers’ Compensation community.
360 Orthopedics values the opportunity to attend WCI and connect with the employers, adjusters, case managers, and industry professionals we work alongside throughout the year. The conference provides a valuable setting to strengthen these relationships, exchange perspectives, and stay connected with the broader Workers’ Compensation community.
We are proud of Dr. Page and the 360 Workers’ Compensation team for this well-deserved recognition. The 2026 Injured Worker Inspiration Award reflects the dedication to patient care, collaboration, and positive outcomes that our team strives to provide every day.
