About Migraines & Headaches

At 360 Orthopedics, our pain management physicians provide comprehensive evaluation and advanced treatment options for chronic migraines and headache conditions. Our goal is to reduce headache frequency and intensity while helping patients restore function, consistency, and quality of life.

Migraines & Headaches Q&A

Migraines and recurring headaches can affect far more than just physical comfort. Over time, they may interfere with sleep, concentration, work responsibilities, and overall daily functioning. When headaches become more frequent, more intense, or fail to improve with medication, additional evaluation and treatment options may be necessary.

At 360 Orthopedics, our pain management physicians take a comprehensive approach to migraine and headache care. We focus on understanding the factors contributing to each patient’s symptoms and developing treatment plans aimed at reducing headache frequency, limiting severity, and supporting long-term stability and quality of life.

Comprehensive Migraine & Headache Care

Headache disorders often involve a combination of contributing elements rather than a single cause. Nerve-related pain, muscle tension, and other chronic pain conditions can all contribute. Effective care begins with a thorough evaluation and an individualized treatment strategy.

Our pain management team commonly evaluates and treats:

  • Chronic migraine conditions
  • Ongoing or recurrent headaches
  • Headaches associated with neck or muscular tension
  • Headache symptoms that have not responded to standard medical therapies

Treatment plans are customized to the individual and may include both interventional and non-interventional pain management options, guided by clinical guidelines and patient-specific needs.

Botox® for Chronic Migraine

For certain patients who meet established medical criteria, Botox® for chronic migraine may be an appropriate treatment option. Botox is FDA-approved for the preventive management of chronic migraines in individuals who experience frequent headache days and have not achieved adequate relief through preventive medications.

This treatment is medical, not cosmetic. Botox for migraines is administered in-office at scheduled intervals as part of a structured treatment plan. Many patients experience fewer migraine days and reduced symptom severity over time.

Before recommending Botox, our physicians carefully review each patient’s headache history, prior treatments, and overall health. Response to treatment is monitored regularly to ensure continued appropriateness and effectiveness.

Experienced Pain Management Physicians

Migraine and headache treatment at 360 Orthopedics is provided by board-certified pain management physicians, including Dr. Douglas Constant, MD , and Dr. Justin Raye, DO . Both physicians have extensive experience managing complex pain conditions and offer Botox for chronic migraines as part of a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to care.

Our team works closely with referring providers to maintain continuity of care and clear communication throughout the treatment process.

When to Consider Specialized Migraine Care

Evaluation by a pain management specialist may be appropriate if:

  • Migraines or headaches occur frequently or become progressively worse
  • Head pain disrupts sleep, work, or daily activities
  • Medications are no longer providing sufficient relief
  • You have been advised that Botox for migraines may be a treatment option

Our focus is on meaningful, long-term improvement—helping patients reduce headache burden, improve daily function, and maintain a better quality of life through personalized care.
