Under E.J.’s leadership, 360 Orthopedics has expanded services, strengthened operations, and grown each of our locations — all while staying true to our mission of restoring movement, relieving pain, and renewing hope. His results have earned recognition not only as Small Business Person of the Year from the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce, but also as finalists for Business of the Year at multiple Chamber awards — a testament to how far we’ve come together.

This year, E.J. shared our story nationally as a keynote speaker at the Becker’s Spine, Orthopedic & Pain Management ASC Conference in Chicago. Sharing insights alongside Lance Armstrong, Doc Rivers, and Rajeev Kapur, he spoke about keeping orthopedic care accessible, high-quality, and centered around community needs — exactly what we do every day here at home.
