Dr. Gregory Farino, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and wrist conditions. He completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh and an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Penn State University–Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Farino earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, where he graduated AOA, and completed his undergraduate education at DeSales University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Dr. Farino is an affiliate provider with 360 Orthopedics, where he sees patients in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch offices, and performs procedures at Premier Surgery Center. His clinical focus includes the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of hand and wrist conditions, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. Outside of medicine, Dr. Farino enjoys ancient Greek and Roman history, physical fitness, and traveling.
