Sage Keckstein, PA-C

Sage Keckstein, PA-C, is a dedicated orthopedic physician assistant who brings fresh perspectives and cutting-edge knowledge to the field of musculoskeletal care. A graduate of Florida State University’s Physician Assistant Program, Sage has trained extensively in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and non-surgical pain management.

At 360 Orthopedics, Sage focuses on treating acute injuries, arthritis, and sports-related conditions, working closely with physicians to diagnose, treat, and manage orthopedic disorders. She has a strong background in joint injections, bracing, physical therapy coordination, and surgical assistance.

Sage believes in a patient-first approach, ensuring that every individual understands their diagnosis and treatment options. She is passionate about helping athletes and active adults recover from injuries, allowing them to regain strength and confidence in their movement.

Outside of work, Sage enjoys cycling and spending time outdoors. She is excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm for orthopedic medicine to 360 Orthopedics and the Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch communities.
