Sandra Lyman, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and functional medicine. She earned her Master of Medical Science degree from Yale University’s School of Medicine and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Before pursuing her career as a PA, Sandra earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Health Promotion from American University and gained valuable experience working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Since completing PA school, Sandra has developed expertise in regenerative and functional medicine, which has shaped her holistic, patient-centered approach to care. At 360 Orthopedics, she plays a key role in both our interventional pain management department and our sports medicine/joint replacement department. She collaborates closely with our team of physicians and midlevel providers to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans that focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and improving quality of life.
Sandra has a strong passion for patient education and believes in empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. Whether she’s guiding a patient through non-surgical pain management options, rehabilitation strategies, or post-surgical care, she is dedicated to ensuring they feel informed and confident in their treatment plan.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys running, paddleboarding, and exploring Florida’s beautiful outdoor spaces. She is committed to promoting an active, pain-free lifestyle and takes great pride in helping patients return to the activities they love.
