Why Experience Matters in Orthopedic Care
A consistent, experienced orthopedic team leads to better coordination, smoother visits, and a more confident patient experience.
When choosing an orthopedic provider, most patients focus on the doctor—and for good reason. But your care doesn’t happen in isolation.
From your first phone call to your final follow-up, your experience is shaped by an entire team. Front desk staff, medical assistants, imaging, and therapy all play a role in how smooth and successful your care feels.
In an industry with high turnover, consistency matters. At 360 Orthopedics, many of our team members have been with us for 5, 10, even 20+ years—providing a level of experience and continuity that our patients can truly feel.
Orthopedic care often involves multiple steps—evaluation, imaging, treatment, and sometimes surgery and rehabilitation. Your care becomes more connected and easier to navigate when the same team works together daily.
This leads to:
If you’re searching for an orthopedic doctor in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, or Venice, you’ll find many options. What often sets one practice apart isn’t just credentials—it’s consistency.
At 360 Orthopedics, that consistency shows up in a team that stays. Many of our staff members have built long careers here—some for over five years, many for a decade or more, and a few who have been part of our organization for over 20 years.
In fact, about a quarter of our team has been with us for more than five years, and a meaningful portion has been here for over a decade—something that’s increasingly rare in today’s healthcare environment.
That kind of longevity supports a more seamless patient experience across every visit, every service, and every location.
Behind every appointment is a team committed to helping you move better, feel better, and return to the activities you enjoy. This month alone, we celebrated a few major milestones that reflect this.
Barbara – 30+ Years
Barbara’s decades of experience reflect the stability and consistency patients can rely on. Her deep knowledge of the practice helps ensure each day runs smoothly for both patients and staff.
Maggie – 10 Years
Maggie works closely with patients to restore function and independence after injury or surgery. Her experience allows her to guide patients with confidence, while building meaningful, lasting relationships along the way.
Shayla – 5 Years
In her five years at 360 Orthopedics, Shayla has become a trusted and familiar presence for patients. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
While many of our team members have built long careers at 360 Orthopedics, we are also continuing to grow, bringing in new providers and expanding our services to serve our community better.
Growth is an important part of delivering high-quality orthopedic care. As patient needs evolve, so do we.
Over the past several years, we’ve expanded our team with highly skilled physicians across multiple specialties, including interventional pain management with Dr. Douglas Constant and his team, and joint replacement with Dr. William A. Mahoney. We’ve also welcomed spine surgeon Dr. George S. Ibrahim, further strengthening our ability to care for patients with complex back and neck conditions. In addition, the return of familiar face Dr. Gregory Farino reflects our continued connection to the community we’ve served for years.
By thoughtfully adding new physicians and clinical staff, we’re able to expand access, reduce wait times, and offer more comprehensive care across our locations in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice. New team members are supported by experienced staff who understand our workflows, our standards, and our commitment to patient care.
The result is a balance that matters: fresh expertise combined with a strong, established foundation.
Choosing the right orthopedic provider isn’t just about treatment—it’s about your entire experience.

Yes. Experienced teams improve efficiency, reduce delays, and provide clearer guidance throughout your treatment, leading to a better overall patient experience.
